There are many cafes in this year. Singgah Bambu is one of them. When doing the buying, a customer consideres many aspects likes product, price, service and location. Therefore, i was motivated to write a final report with the title of “ANALYSIS OF FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE CUSTOMER’S LOYALTY AT SINGGAH BAMBU CAFE SEMARANG “
The purpose this report is to analyz the factors that influence customer’s loyalty such as product, price, service and location. The sampling tecnique in this research is accidental sampling method. In preparation of this final report, the method of data collection are interviews, observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The writing of this report using the instrument of regression.
This discussion result of variables (product, price, service and location) shows the significant level of the value of alpha (0,05) which means significant or influential, obtained from the discussion of the regression equation
Y = 8,683 + 0,345X1 + 0,439X2 + 0,397X3 + 0,381X4 + e
The conclusion is that there is significant influence of the product, price, service and location variables with the calculated F value for 45,226, with probability value of 0,000. Variable price has the most impact on customer’s loyalty that is equal to 0,439
