Human resource management is the science and art of regulating the relations and the role of labor in order to effectively and efficiently assist the realization of company goals, employee and company. Official travel is travel taken by an employee of a company related to official job duties. Purpose of this final project is to investigate the process of handling official travel General Manager, Manager and Supervisor at Patra Semarang Convention Hotel and to know the differences trips handling the General Manager, Manager and Supervisor at Patra Semarang Convention Hotel.
The method of collecting data used in this research is to observation, literature study and interviews with human resources department at the Patra Semarang convention hotel.
The result of the research show that According to interviews with human resources department in Patra Semarang Convention Hotel is to differences in official travel general manager, manager and supervisor based on level of position and the nominal rate incurred during official travel. in conclusion the task of human resources department in dealing with employees on official travel in Patra Semarang Convention Hotel was making trips to warrant a departure arrangements.
