Analisisi Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Honda Vario
The purpose of this research ia to find out the response of customer to product quality and price of Honda Vario toward customer satisfacation.
Methods of data collection in this research were by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The data processing used in this research is by test of validity and reliability. The research scale is likert scale. the measurement of customer satisfacation uses customer satisfacation index (IKP), and the result of the research is presented in cartesius diagram.
According to customer satisfacation index, the respondents felt that product quality and price of Honda Vario were important, average of percentage of product quality and price shows that quality of reliability was 91,194%, durability of 98,2609%, and easiness of 95,2557%, if looked frome price, the purchasing power was 98,4202%, appropriability of price was 94,487%, demand and supply of 97,5113%.
