Upaya customer service dalam memberikan pelayanan prima pada konsumen Plasa Telkom Area Semarang
Telkom company is the largest service company in telecommunication and network service provider in Indonesia, that promotes the best service to consumers. Telkom company has created a Plasa Telkom as a functional unit for providing service to the consumers by Costumer Service officer. It is one of way to win the bussiness competition.
The purpose of this final project is to find out the Telkom service prosedure, the efforts made by the Customer Service Plasa Telkom in order to provide a service excellent to consumers and what the problem of Customer Service to provide excellent service to consumer.
The research method used in final project is descriptive method. Data are collected through observation, interview, literature and questionnaire with sample of 30 consumers.
The results of this studi is that efforts to provide excellent service to consumers Plasa Telkom is the best efforts service provided by Telkom to consumers in accordance with the interests of consumers, allowing the Customer Service Plasa Telkom to provided optimum satisfaction to the consumers.
It is concluded that the effort excellent service provided by Customer Service Plasa Telkom has been running well
