This research aims are to describe exporters perception of service quality in export section that consist of five dimension namely tangible, reliability, assurance, empathy, responsiveness of export section at the industrial trade representative office of central java province.
Population in this research is the exporters who use the services of export section at the industrial and trade representative office of central java province. The sampling technique is the probability sampling
The result shown that mean values for tangibles are 3,4006, it means in very good category, mean values for realiability are 3,1222, it means in good category, mean values for responsiveness are 3,1648, it means in good category, mean values for assurance are 3,1051, it means in good category, mean values for empathy are 3,1051, it means in good category.
