Pemanfaatan Event Car Free Day Sebagai Media Promosi Program Migrasi Listrik Prabayar PT PLN (Persero) APJ Semarang
Promotion for prepaid migration program is important to PT PLN (Persero) APJ Semarang. In this case customer service plays an important role in promoting activities. The role is to introduce, to sell, and to persuade the public to use prepaid migration program. This final project intended to figure out how effective Car Free Day event to promote the PLN prepaid, procedures applied by PT PLN (Persero) APJ Semarang to promote prepaid migration program and obstacles in Car Free Day event as a medium for promoting the prepaid migration program by PT PLN (Persero) APJ Semarang.
This final project uses descriptive method consisting of primary and secondary data source. This final project uses qualitative and quantitative data. The research method of this final project consist of observation, interview, and literature study.
It can be concluded in this final project that in Car Free Day event, PT PLN APJ Semarang does not only sell prepaid migration program but also enhance the image of PLN.
