The companies whose business is in the sale of a car (Car Dealer),have a procedure in car sales. Therefore we need the broad knowledge on the procedures in the implementation of car sales. The purpose of this final report is to determine the procedures of car sales by cash and by credit and to know the parties involved in the sale of Toyota cars. The data were obtained through the method of observation, interviews and literature studies. The data sources were from the primary data and secondary data. The report was written descriptively.
The car sales procedure in PT Nasmoco Gombel by cash was through ordering the goods by filling in SPK. Then the SPK was inspected and approved by the supervisor and the head of the branch. Finally, customers make cash payments to Nasmoco. While credit sales were done through reservations in the form of SPK and applied for loans to leasing. The parties involved in the sale of Toyota Nasmoco were costumer, Bank Niaga, Bank BCA, AFI (Andalan Finance Indonesia), New Ratna Motor, Salesman, Supervisor, Branch Manager, Sales Administration, and Pre Delivery Service.
