Efektivitas Pelatihan Berbasis Kompetensi pada Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BBPVP) Semarang
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of competency-based training at the Semarang Vocational and Productivity Training Center. This study uses the theory of measuring the effectiveness of Budiani's training which consists of indicators of targeting accuracy, training objectives, training socialization and training monitoring. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which is used to describe actual events in the field. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and literature study with documents related to research. The data analysis technique was carried out qualitatively. The results showed that the implementation of competency-based training at the Semarang Vocational and Productivity Training Center was still not running effectively, especially on indicators of training socialization.
