Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Kemampuan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah
Improvement of employees' performance in 2021 and heterogeneous employee education levels. The management needs to pay attention to factors that can improve performance by developing capabilities and creating a conducive environment. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of work environment and work ability on employees' performance at Perum Perhutani Central Java Regional Division. Perum Perhutani Central Java Regional Division is under the coordination of the Ministry of SOES engaged in forestry, especially in Java and Madura. The data collection methods were observation and questionnaires. The questionnaires had been validity and reliability tested. The samples of this research were all 91 employees at Perum Perhutani Central Java Regional Division. The data analysis methods used classical assumption test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The research results used SPSS 25 showed that work environment and work ability partially and together have positive and significant influence on employees' performance. Based on the coefficient of determination, the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.590, which means that work environment and work ability influence employees' performance was 59% and the remaining 41% was influenced by other factors not examined in this research.
