The purpose of this final report is for the manufacture of product knowledge system to cerry out computerized system so it is more efficient in doing promotional products to be sold, for the manufacture of a product presentation reporting system so the owner could provide at any moment the service informasion products to sell.
Method Of Data Collection Information System Design of Product Knowledge at Arjuna Computer Semarang, as follows: the field studies, interviews, observation, and literary study.
The result on research showing that the product knowledge information system which is implemented, data which is processed into a report can be recovered in a short time. It is implemented with product knowledge information systems, data is processed more effectively, more accurate of decision-making. with the presence of product knowledge information systems, it can facility in doing data entry and recording of product, until the risk is less in data entry.
