Factors Affecting Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior On Online Food Delivery During Covid-19 Pandemic: An Analysis Using Extended UTAUT2 Model
The purpose of this study was to analyze the acceptance and use of Online Food Delivery Applications by society, particularly in Semarang City, using the Extended UTAUT2 Model to analyze the factors that affect Behavioral Intention toward Use Behavior. This study was a case study using a quantitative approach. Therefore, the needed data were acquired using techniques of questionnaires. The acquired questionnaire data from 199 people in Semarang City as respondents in this study were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS), so that the exerted software to process the data was SmartPLS V.3. Based on the undertaken testing, accordingly, predictors that influence Behavioral Intention significantly consist of Effort Expectancy, Habit, and Personal Innovativeness in IT whereas Habit and Behavioral Intention was a predictor that affects Use Behavior significantly.
