Pengaruh Minat Menjadi Tenaga Kerja Luar Negeri Terhadap Keberadaan Perusahaan Pelaksana Penempatan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Swasta Di Kabupaten Kendal
Indonesia is one of the among country which was sending many of worker to aboard every year ever. There are many Indonesian people that wants become foreign worker, not least in the province of Central Java, particularly the district of Kendal. Kendal is the second district which was sending most of labour to aboard in Central Java. This condition is supported by many of the company of Indonesian worker placement in Kendal.
The purpose of this study was to determine the motives underlying the many of people to work abroad, to know the internal and external factors of the company of Indonesian worker placement, as well as to investigate the effect of community interest in working abroad to the presence of the company of Indonesian worker placement in Kendal.
The sampling which was used in the research was calculated by Slovin formula which got result 100 respondents from the 625 547 population of the society and 45 respondents from 83 population of the company. The instrument of data collection in this research used questionnaire. The statistical analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this analysis with the respondent society are the push factor has a regression coefficient of 0.359 with 0.016 significance, the pull factor of 1.147 with 0.000 significance, and personal factor of 0.114 with 0.020 significance. While the results with the respondent company are the push factor has a regression coefficient of 0.025 with 0.010 significance, the pull factor of 1.570 with 0.000 significance, and personal factor of 1.149 with 0.006 significance. Based on result of R square analysis with society respondent, the public interest has percentage effect of 29.9%, while from company respondent, the public interest has percentage effect of 56.7% to the existence of company of Indonesian worker placement. Based on these results we can conclude that the push factor, pull factor, and personal factor have a significant effect on the existence of the company of Indonesian worker placement.
