The Effect of WOM (Word of Mouth), Service Quality, Ease of Use, and Trust towards Interest in Using ShopeePay among Semarang State Polytechnic Students
This research aims to analyze the effect of the variables of word of mouth, service quality, ease of use, and trust towards interest in using ShopeePay among Semarang State Polytechnic students both simultaneously and partially. The population of this research is active students of the Semarang State Polytechnic in 2022 ShopeePay users with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use statistical test F, coefficient of determination test (R2), and statistical test t which are processed using the IBM SPSS statistical program 25. The results of the analysis and discussion showed that the variables of word of mouth, service quality, ease of use, and trust simultaneously had a significant effect towards interest in using ShopeePay among Semarang State Polytechnic students. Partially, the variables of word of mouth, service quality, ease of use, and trust each have a significant effect towards interest in using ShopeePay among Semarang State Polytechnic students.
