The Technical Analysis as The Basis of Making Decision for Stock Transactions at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Period 2018-2021
This research aims at analyzing stock price movements and determining the right time to sell, buy, or hold shares of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk for the period 2018-2021. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of time series data, namely the daily closing price of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk for the period 2018-2021. The method used in this research is technical analysis with indicators Moving Average (MA), Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD), and Relative Strength Index (RSI). The results of this research show that the results of the three technical analysis indicators show that the Moving Average indicator provides consistent signals.
