Pengaruh Ketersediaan Fitur, Kualitas Layanan, dan Kemudahan Penggunaan Mobile Banking terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah dalam Penggunaan Aplikasi BRI Mobile Banking : Studi Kasus pada Nasabah PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Cabang Semarang
This study aims to analize and obtain emprical evidence regarding the availability of features, service quality, and ease of use on customer satisfaction using the BRI Mobile application either simultaneosly or partially. The population in this study were all customers at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Semarang Branch who using the BRI Mobile application. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling as many as 100 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through distributing questionnairs. The data analysis technique used the Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), F Statistical Test, and t Statistical Test. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables of feature availability, service quality, and ease of use simultaneosly have and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Bank BRI Semarang Branch using BRI Mobile applications. Partially, the variables of feature availability, service quality, and ease of use each have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Bank BRI Semarang Branch users of BRI Mobile applications.
