The Analysis of The Effect of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Security, and Quality of Service towards Customer Satisfaction : Study on DANA Digital Wallet Users in Semarang
This research aims at analyzing empirical evidence regarding the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived security, and service quality towards customer satisfaction in DANA digital wallet users in Semarang, both simultaneously and partially. The population of this research was all DANA digital wallet users in Semarang using non-probability sampling techniques, there was a sample of 108 respondents. The data analysis model uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use Statistical Test F, Determination Coefficient Test (R2), and Statistical Test t which are processed using the IBM SPSS statistical program 25. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived security, and quality of service simultaneously has a significant effect towards customer satisfaction of DANA digital wallet users in Semarang. Partially, the variables of perceived ease of use, perceived security, and quality of service each have a significant effect towards customer satisfaction of DANA digital wallet users in Semarang.
