The Effect of ROA, CAR, NPL, LDR, and OER towards the Stock Prices of Banking Industries Listed in the IDX (Period: 2017-2021)
This research aims to know the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Operational Efficiency Ratio (OER) towards the Stock Prices in Banking Industries Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (Period: 2017-2021). This research design was quantitative research causal. The research sample used the purposive sampling method. The sample in this research was 23 (twenty-three) banks listed on the IDX period of 5 (five) years. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23.00 software for windows. The results of the F test show that the variables ROA, CAR, NPL, LDR, and OER simultaneously have a significant effect towards the stock prices. Furthermore, the results of the t-test show that ROA partially has a positive and significant effect towards the stock prices, CAR partially has a positive and significant effect towards the stock price, NPL partially has a negative and significant effect towards the stock prices, LDR partially has a negative and significant effect towards stock prices, and OER partially has a negative and significant effect towards stock prices in banking industries listed on the IDX (Period: 2017-2021).
