The purposes of the final assignment were to find out the export procedures, the parties involved in the delivery process and necessary documents of rubber commodity at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX (Persero) Semarang. The report of the final assignment was written descriptively. Primary and secondary data were collected through interviews, observation, internet browsing and literature studies. Finally, it was concluded that The company has export procedure using the system of payment Advance Payment And Letter of Credit. The process of supply, has been efficient until the implementation of the process of packing goods,stuffing to loading goods on board. The parties involved in the implementation of the export is making efforts of export documents
