Mekanisme pengepakan mesin diesel guna mendukung ekspor pada PT. Kubota Indonesia
The aim of this observation is to analyze Horizontal Diesel Engine packing mechanism in PT.KUBOTA INDONESIA, participants and all document in the related packing process.
This final project was written descriptively. The data consisted of secondary data. The data were collected by, observation, interview, internet browsing, literature study.
The result of this final project packing type used at PT. Kubota Indonesia are Steel Pallet, Carton Box, Wooden Crate. All related participants in this process are IT Department, Export Department, Warehouse Department, Security, and Assembling Department. All related documents in this process are Bar Code Label, Shipping Instruction, Case mark, and Notification of Serial Numbers, Packing List. There are two challenge in packing, they are Assembling division shorts nail an pallet which triggers the fire and endangers the face of employees, and PT. Kubota Indonesia decided to make a policy of safety every single packing area has to use safety tools such as special glasses.
