Export is the activity of removing goods from the customs area. PT Mitra Misaja Pati is one of exporter of the frozen shrimp to Japan. Nowadays many companies are interested in the business of frozen shrimp exports to Japan. The objectives of this final project are to know the exports implementation of frozen shrimp to Japan by PT Mitra Misaja Pati, to know the requirement of payment procedures which is used in the export activities at company, to know the related parties and the document required in the export activities of the company, and to know the constraint and how to overcome them in frozen shrimp export aktivities maked by the company.
This final project method is descriptive. The technique collecting data are observation, interview, literature. Types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data as well as primary and secondary data sources.
The result of this final project are the procedure of frozen shrimp begins from an order of the importer referred to in the sales contract, then exporter prepare orders, importers open L / C through the issuing bank and then forwarded to the advising bank is the bank exporters, exporters prepare export documents and send the goods assisted by forwarding, after the goods exporters to get on board B / L. Once all the paperwork is completed and the goods have been shipped then the exporter can receive payment through L / C. The documents which is used in export activity of frozen shrimp company are invoice, packing list, COO, HC, Certificate of Quality, PEB, NPE and B/L. The related parties are exporters, importers, customs office, banks, Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan, forwarding, EMKL, insurance companies, tax department, stevedoring companies, Balai Pengujian dan Sertifikasi Mutu Barang , shipping companies and container depo. The constraints in the export activity of frozen shrimp are the tight requirement in export frozen shrimp to Japan and Europe, the consumption of frozen shrimp in Japan is happened decrease, the latest of stuffing.
