Mekanisme penerbitan certificate of origin (coo) untuk barang ekspor pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Tengah
The aims of this study are to identify mechanism of issuing Certificate of Origin (COO) for exported goods at Trade and Industry Office Central Java Province, and identify classification of Certificate of Origin (COO), the parties and documents concerned in issuing process of Certificate of Origin (COO).
This final project used descriptive method. The data for this project are qualitative and quantitative and they were taken from primary and secondary data source . Data were collected by doing observation, interview and literature study.
The result of the study shows that there are 2 methods of submission in acquiring Certificate of Origin (COO) they are manual and automation method. The classification of Certificate of Origin are Preference COO and Non- Preference COO. The parties involved in issuing the document of Certificate of Origin (COO) are exporter, importer, EMKL/PPJK, PT. SUCOFINDO and Trade and Industry Office Central Java Province. The document required in this process are PEB, B/L or AWB, Packing List, Invoice, NPWP and Cargo Receipt.
