The purposes of this final project were to know the standards quality, quality control procedures, how overcome and to know the obstacle commodity export at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX (Persero) Semarang.
This final project writing method is descriptive. The collected data were primary and secondary data which were obtained through observation, interviews and literature studies
The result showed that the standard quality and quality control procedures of rubber commodity export at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX (Persero) Semarang can be divided into three namely of raw materials, production processes and the final product. Constraints were it was found that the engine and labor. To overcome the constraints the company regularly have to check the machine every three months and conduct employee training in the field of quality control.
