The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation toward performance of employee in PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Terminal Petikemas Semarang. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires and it is implemented to PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Terminal Petikemas Semarang’s 210 employee. Analysis of data in this research using the help of SPSS version 23. A sampling technique uses Slovin’s formulation the result is 68. Based on the calculation of data and analysis used the regression equation is: Y = 0.996 + 0,564X1 + 0,473X2 By using multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that the variable leadership style (X1) with the calculated value of 7,394 T is greater than 1,670 tables T, and the significant value of 0.000 using a 0.05 significance. 0.000
