Mekanisme impor bahan baku produksi pada PT Inko Java
The objectives of this final report, firstly to explain import activities of raw material, to find out the documents are processed; secondly to find out the payment mechanisms for importing raw materials and finally to find out deeply the parties involved in the mechanism of raw material importation.
The data were collected by observation, interviews with company’s staff and literature studies. The final report applies the descriptive method.
The implementation of import activities at PT. Inko Java using incoterm FOB as term of delivery of raw material importation. The term of payment with Telegraphic Transfer (TT) that is the combination of advance payment and open account payment. The implementation of impor activities are carried out by an agent freight forwarder, that is PT. Dinamika Expressindo. PT. Inko Java chose the freight forwarder service is to accelerate activity of release of goods.
