Mekanisme impor baku penolong pembuatan keramik pada PT Sango Ceramik Indonesia Semarang
The purposes of this final project is to determine the mechanism of importing raw material in manufacturing ceramics at PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia, to find out the documents needed and the parties involved in the import process, and to identify the obstacles and solutions in the import process.
The data were collected by observation, interviews, and literature studies. The final project applies the descriptive method.
The result of this final project is that import activities always use a mechanism which is started by signing sales contract till the fetching the imported goods from the customs. PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia using Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payment system and as a condition of trade is a CIF. Finally, it is concluded that PT Sango Ceramics Indonesia in the purchasing mechanism of import the raw materials in the manufacture of ceramics is done effectively and efficiently.
