This research aims to determine the significance of the effect of Perceived Usefulnesss, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Trust on Interest in using the ShopeePay Digital Wallet among Semarang Students. The population in this research were students who are active and passive ShopeePay users in Semarang City. The data used in this research are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling, as many as 97 respondents. The analytical model used in this research is the Multiple Linear Regression Model. While the data analysis technique uses the F Statistical Test, the t Statistical Test, and the Coefficient of Determination (R2). The results and analysis of the discussion in this research show that the variables perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived trust simultaneously and partially affect the interest in using the ShopeePay Digital Wallet among Semarang Students.
