ABSTRACT
This research aims to identify the effect of Work Motivation, Competence, and Work Environment simultaneously or partially towards Employees Performance at PT Pegadaian Semarang Area.
The population in this research are all employee at PT Pegadaian Semarang Area. The sampling technique uses Slovin formula, as amount to 72 respondents. The data uses in this research are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis model used the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model. Data analysis technique uses the Test Statistic T, Test Statistic F, and The Coefficient of Determination (R2).
The result of the analysis and discussion shows that the variable of work motivation, competence, and work environment simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Semarang Area. Partially, work motivation and competence variable each has a significant effect whereas work environment variable partially has no significant effect on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Semarang Area.
