This research aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of motivation, discipline, and work environment on the performance of employees of PT Taspen (Persero) Semarang Main Branch Office, both simultaneously and partially.
The population in this research were all employees of PT Taspen (Persero) Semarang Main Branch Office. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling method, totaling 40 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis model used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model. While the data analysis technique used Statistical Test F, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and Statistical Test t, which are processed using the IBM SPSS statistical 22 program.
The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables of motivation, discipline, and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Taspen (Persero) Semarang Main Branch Office. Partially, the variables of motivation, discipline, and work environment each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Taspen (Persero) Semarang Main Branch Office.
