Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan kontrak bagian produksi pada PT. Kosoem Nanda Putra Pedan-Klaten
The developing companies that have realized how important human resource assets are, but most companies still take less advantage of human resource management, because human resources can not be seen as an asset but a burden. It can be seen from the high level and out of the work force in the company, the low compensation for labor, the lack of respect to work force management. Remuneration or compensation considered important for employees as individuals because to the large size is the compensation reflects the value of work among employees, families, and communities. Rewards are things that employees receive as remuneration for their work, and is one way of improving their work performance, motivation and employee satisfaction.
The purpose of this study is to determine how influential employees compensation is to the satisfaction of the contract the production of PT. Kosoema Nanda Putra Klaten. This study uses quantitative methods of analysis techniques, namely a simple linear regression analysis, where regression is an analytical tool used to estimate or predict the value of a variable based on values of other variables are known. While respondents are contract employees at PT. Kosoema Nanda Putra Pedan-Klaten, which amounting to 70 people.
The results show that there is a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction of compensation of employees in PT. Kosoemaa Nanda Putra Klaten, where it has obtained the value t countof 10,588 with a probability value =0,000. Given the compensation is very influential on employee job satisfaction, It is advisable for the company, to be more concerned about the compensation given to employees, either salary or bonus or a reward or sertificates to employees, so therefore, it is expected employees have high job satisfaction and ultimately increase their performance.
