Prosedur pengajuan dana pensiun PT PLN (DPPLN) bagi calon pensiunan pada PT PLN APJ Kudus
Human resource management is an activity that includes utilization management, development, assessment, provision of services for individual human beings, members, organizations or business enterprises. Human resource management is also about ways of designing a system of planning, employee, career management, performance evaluation, employee compensation and labor relations.
The objective of this report is to describe the filing procedures for prospective retirees of pension funds at APJ Kudus. The collection method used to complete this final report are observation, interview with human resources staff and library study by reading some books related to the personnel management matters. The analysis method used in this report was qualitative and quantitative.
The procedure is activity to complete the work chronologically and has a fixed work patterns that have been determined. Retirement is a person who is not working anymore because he was already advanced and should be dismissed, or at his own request (early retirement).
Pension fund is the right person to earn after working many years and already in retirement, or any other cause in accordance with the agreement that has been set. The procedure issuance of the decision unit retirement benefits employers DP5 and DP4 submit the form to the participants to be filled out completely and returned along with support files to DPPLN (Dana Pensiun PLN) for processing into decision determining pension benefits.
