Prosedur pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar pada PT Pos Indonesia (PERSERO) Divisi Regional VI Jateng dan DIY
One of the factors for good governance of the organization or company of the administration depends on managing letters. The objectives of this final project were to know how to manage procedures of incoming and outgoing mails in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division VI Central Java and DIY, and compared the handling procedures of the incoming mails and outgoing mails theoretically with the reality of what happened in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division VI Central Java and DIY. The data were collected using method observation, interviews, literature studies, and the consisted of primary and secondary data. The conclusions of this final project were Management Procedures Incoming mail was generally known by the term CPTDR (Collecting, Processing, Transporting, Delivery, Reporting) made by the MPC (Mail Processing Centre). The Incoming Mail Management Procedures in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division VI Central Java and DIY included: accepting letters, sorting mails, taking letters, re-sorting letters, numbering letters, recording letters, re-recording of the letters, direction and distribution of letters.
Outgoing Mail Management Procedure in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division VI Central Java and DIY included: drafting letters, consent concept, typing letters, drafting letters, numbering letters, mailing letters and mail storage.
