Globalization era has resulted in the development of the world's growing industries. It is proven with a large number of industries that produce a wide range of products, so that product quality should be controlled in order to be able to produce good quality products.
The purpose of writing this final project are to find out which product quality standart applied at Saniharto Enggalhardjo, to know quality control of raw material, quality control of goods in process, and quality control of finished product. The methods of collecting data are observation, interviews and literature review and the report is written descriptively. It was concluded that Saniharto Enggalhardjo implements the system control of product quality as the whole system. Quality controll is applied before the start of the production process, during production process, and post – production process or quality control on the final product and everything is running well and through a very strict process.
