Title: “BOBUBA – MILKY FRUIT BOBA (Cheese Milk Drink and Sauce with Boba Toppings)
The purpose of this final project is to build the spirit of entrepreneurship and develop business in the baverage field with unique differentiation which is fruit boba combined with fruit sauce and milk cheese. BOBUBA was established in July 2022 and the home production located at Jalan Jatingaleh I No. 216 A, Ngesrep, Banyumanik, Semarang with its outlet located at KOPMA BM Polines Jalan Prof. Soedarto, Tembalang, Kota Semarang. The brand BOBUBA itself is a combination of its main ingredients which are “boba” and “fruit”. The concept is carried out to attract new customers with the segmentation of millennials and Gen Zs with age range 11-26 years old in Semarang city who likes boba drink and fruit which are the eminence of BOBUBA’s products. BOBUBA had done series of business activities by doing several aspects, such as production, marketing, and finance. The implementation of those aspects on BOBUBA resulted a profit of Rp1.459.514,00 in July 2023.
