This study aims to evaluate the effect of work motivation, workload, and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Office of DJKN Central Java and DIY. The theoretical framework used is based on HRM theory that is relevant to the concepts of work motivation, workload, work discipline, and employee performance. The methodology of this research is quantitative research, with saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population of 70 respondents are included. In this study, data were collected through observation, literature study, and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, F test, T test, and R2 test. Data processing was carried out with the help of SPSS version 25. The research results indicate that work motivation and work discipline partially have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Meanwhile, the workload variable in this study did not have a significant impact on employee performance. The R2 test results show that around 63.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by work motivation, workload, and work discipline, and the remaining 36.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The results of the F test show that together the variables work motivation, workload and work discipline influence employee performance, with work discipline being the most dominant, followed by work motivation.
