Pengaruh Keterikatan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT Jasamarga Tollroad Operator Ruas Semarang = The Effect of Work Engagement on Job Satisfaction Employee PT Jasamarga Tollroad Operator Semarang Section
This study aims to determine the effect of job attachment on job satisfaction of employees of PT Jasamarga Tollroad Operator Semarang Section. The object of research is PT Jasamarga Tollroad Operator Semarang Section employees with a sample size of 61 respondents. Sampling technique with non probability sampling using random sampling technique. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis technique, with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 test tool, this analysis is used to measure the influence between one independent variable on one dependent variable. The results showed that the work attachment variable had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, job attachment provides 46.3% influence on job satisfaction while the remaining 53.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Suggestions for further research are to use other variables related to employee job satisfaction.
