This research aims to analyze the effect of intellectual capital factors through financial literacy, ease of use, and social influence on the decision to apply online loans among Generation Z, both partially and simultaneously.
The data analysis model used in this research is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method, while the analysis technique uses the F Statistical Test, the t Statistical Test, and the Coefficient of Determination (R2). The data used in this research are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 100 respondents.
The results from analysis in this research indicate that financial literacy, ease of use, and social influence have a significant effect on the decision to use online loans in Generation Z. Partially, the variables of ease of use and social influence have a significant effect on the decision to use online loans. Meanwhile, the financial literacy variable has an effect but it is insignificant on the decision to use online loans.
