The Effect of Adaptability, Innovation, and Financial Literacy on The Sustainability of MSMEs in The City of Semarang = Pengaruh Adaptabilitas, Inovasi, dan Literasi Keuangan Terhadap Keberlangsungan UMKM di Kota Semarang
This research aims at analyzing the effect of adaptability, innovation, and financial literacy on the sustainability of MSMEs in The City of Semarang simultaneously and partially.
The data analysis model used in this research is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method, while the analysis technique uses the F Statistical Test, the t Statistical Test, and the Coefficient of Determination (R2). The data used in this research are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 100 respondents.
The results of this research show that variables of adaptability, innovation, and financial literacy simultaneously have a significant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs. The results of the research partially show that innovation and financial literacy have a significant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs, but adaptability has a not significant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs.
