Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Persediaan Berbasis Web pada Indo Meubel = Design and Development of a Web-Based Inventory Information System at Indo Meubel
Indo Meubel is a furniture company located in Jepara Regency, Central Java Province. Indo Meubel's business process begins with receiving orders from customers, then purchasing semi-finished materials from craftsmen and additional materials needed for the production process, and finally delivering the finished goods to customers. In the inventory system, the company has not conducted regular recording, resulting in disorganized inventory records that make it difficult for the owner to know the inventory position and make strategic decisions regarding when to purchase materials. This research aims to design and develop a web-based accounting
information system for the inventory subsystem to facilitate real-time inventory monitoring and support more effective decision-making at Indo Meubel. The system development focuses on the company's needs, particularly the computerization of business processes. The system development method used is the Prototyping method, using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling built on a web-based platform. The results obtained are an application that can generate information on semi-finished goods inventory reports, auxiliary materials inventory reports, and finished product inventory
