The purpose of this study is to explore the intention to use digital bank services as a new technology in Indonesia. Using the updated UTAUT4 method, this research focuses on Indonesian university students who are mostly digitally and financially literate. This study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaires to gather research data. A total of 223 respondents were gathered on a national scale, and the data were processed with SmartPLS V.3. Based on the testing conducted, it was found that Perceived Usefulness, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, and Satisfaction positively affect the intention to use digital bank services. In contrast, constructs such as Effort Expectancy, Perceived Safety, Anxiety, Price Value of Digital Banks, and Price Value of Conventional Banks do not support the intention to use digital bank services.
