Analisis Pengaruh Soft Skills, Tingkat Melek Teknologi, Kesiapan, dan Adaptabilitas Mahasiswa EMBA dalam Menghadapi Penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI) di dalam Dunia Kerja = The Effect of Soft Skills, Technological Literacy Level, Readiness, and Adaptability on EMBA Students in Facing the Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the World of Work
This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of Soft Skills variables, technological literacy levels, readiness, and adaptability on EMBA students in facing the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the world of work. This research is quantitative by targeting EMBA students as the research target with a sample of 392 respondents and using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model as the data analysis model. All data used in this research were tested using data analysis techniques including F Test, Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R2), and t Test. The results of this research showed that the variables of Soft Skills (6,58), level of technological literacy (4,40), readiness (4,71), and adaptability (6,13) have a partial effect on the use of AI. Furthermore, all independent variables had a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable.
