Pengaruh Citra Merek, Persepsi Manfaat, dan Risiko Terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Aplikasi Dompet Digital DANA (Studi pada Masyarakat Kota Boyolali) = The Effect of Brand Image, Perceived Benefits, And Risk on Decisions To Use The Digital Wallet Application of DANA (A Study on Boyolali Community)
This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, perceived benefits, and risk
on decisions to use the DANA digital wallet application in the Boyolali Community
partially. Data collected through a questionnaire method on 111 respondents who are users
of the DANA digital wallet application in Boyolali city. The analysis method uses
the F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results show that brand image partially has a significant effect on the decisionto use the DANA digital wallet application, perceived benefits and risks partially have an insignificant effect on the decision to use the DANA digital wallet application in the Boyolali Community.
