This research aims to implement Enterprise Risk Management based on ISO 31000:2018 in one of the business groups producing jamu in Semarang City. Risk Management is a crucial aspect of business because proper implementation can help an organization identify, analyze, evaluate, and treat risks accurately and systematically. This research is descriptive qualitative with KUBE 08 MSMEs as the research object. Data was collected through interviews and checklists to obtain
information related to the potential risks faced by KUBE 08 MSMEs. The collected data were then analyzed based on the ISO 31000:2018 risk management process, including risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and treatment. Based on the analysis, seven types of risks were identified that hinder the organization's smooth operation. The risk analysis results showed varying levels of risk, including very low, low, medium, high, and very high. The risk evaluation indicated the priority level of the risks faced and the risk treatment actions determined to reduce the risk levels of the identified risks.
