Analisis Tingkat Kematangan Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi Berbasis Framework ITIL v3 Domain Service Operation pada RS Panti Wilasa Dr. Cipto Semarang = Analysis of Information Technology Service Management Using ITIL Framework Version 3 Service Operation Domain at Panti Wilasa Dr. Cipto Semarang Hospital
This study analyzes the maturity level of information technology (IT) service management at RS Panti Wilasa Dr. Cipto Semarang. It focuses specifically on the service operation area within the ITIL Framework Version 3. Employing a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach, data were collected through a combination of interviews, observations, and questionnaire distribution. This study's participants included management at RS Panti Wilasa Dr. Cipto Semarang. This research employed saturation sampling, sampling technique where each sample is the entire population. In this case, managers IT units of the hospital's management information system (SIMRS) at Panti Wilasa Dr. Cipto Semarang there are population. This research found that RS Panti Wilasa Dr. Cipto Semarang has successfully implemented service operation procedures aligned with the ITIL Framework version 3. The average maturity level across all service operation processes is 3.95, corresponding to level 4 (Managed and Measurable). This level signifies that the hospital's IT service governance has well-defined procedures and organized execution. Furthermore, the research offers recommendations for improvement strategies. These strategies aim to achieve the desired maturity level by enhancing the governance of existing information technology services and information systems.
