Analsisi Penggunaan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard QRIS pada Generasi Z di Indonesia dalam Kerangka UTAUT-4 = Analysis of the Use of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) in Generation Z in Indonesia using UTAUT-4 Framework
This study aims to analyze the use of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) by Z Generation in Indonesia within the UTAUT-4 framework. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The data used in the research is primary data, which is carried out using a questionnaire. Questionnaire data obtained from 325 respondents were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Sqruare (SEM-PLS) method with the help of the SmartPLS application. The results of research using the Bootstrapping parameter estimation method prove that perceived usefulness, effort expectancy, social influence, hedonic motivation, perceived safety, price value of QRIS, and satisfaction have a significant effect on intention to use QRIS. Performance expectancy, anxiety, and price value of others' payments have insignificant effect on intention to use QRIS. Furthermore, intention to use QRIS has a significant influence on actual use of QRIS.
