The purpose of this final project is to create a business in the field of food and
beverages. The method used in this business is to provide practical food made from
rice with a blend of typical Nusantara chili sauce flavors and named Si Cokot -
Nasi Cokot. Si Cokot products are made from rice with shredded chicken filling
combined with Nusantara chili sauce. This business was established in 2023,
emphasizing efficient, effective, and profitable business management. The location
of the production house is on Jalan Tembalang Selatan VII No.15 Pedalangan,
Banyumanik Sub-district, Semarang City. Si Cokot as a new business continuously
develops itself through innovation and customization in all areas using the basis of
market research or trends. Si Cokot demonstrates sustainable efforts in all aspects
of business management. Si Cokot adds value to the growth of the staple food
business.
