Electronic Customer Relationship Management (ECRM) is one of the business and technology concepts supported by information systems to integrate all business processes that facilitate employees and company management in providing good service to service users. The form of ECRM implemented using Pelindo Terminal Operating System Multipurpose (PTOSM) can facilitate employees and service users in the port activity process. This research uses a descriptive method with the aim of knowing the implementation of Electronic Customer Relationship Management at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Tanjung Emas Branch by understanding the use of Pelindo Terminal Operating System Multipurpose (PTOSM) to process port performance and serve service users in port activities. Sources of data obtained from Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Tanjung Emas employees through interviews, observation, and documentation. For Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Tanjung Emas employees to develop mobile ECRM to make it easier for employees to use anywhere and anytime.
