Persepsi karyawan terhadap pemberian tunjangan dan fasilitas pada PT. Jasa Marga (PERSERO) Tbk. Semarang
PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Semarang, a company of state-owned
moving in road infrastructure, has welfare program for the employees. Welfare program is given as a
means to improve the employees loyal to company. The fringe benefit given by PT. Jasa Marga
(Persero) Tbk. Semarang to it’s employees are health benefit, pension, social insurance, purnakarya
insurance, allowances, holiday allowances, annual leave allowance, allowances production services.
The facilities provided are canteen, mosque, economic enterprise, loan, uniform, sports and vehicle
service.
The purpose of this research is to identify the perception of employees on the fringe benefit and
facilities at PT. Jasa marga (Persero) Tbk. semarang
The methods of collecting data are observation, interview, questionnaires, and literature review.
The 72 respondent are chosen purposive.
The results show that the employees perception on the fringe benefit and facilities at PT. Jasa
Marga (Persero) Tbk. Semarang is good because the majority of employees give positive perception on welfare programme at PT. Jasa
Marga (Persero) Tbk. Semarang.
