Pelaksanaan tugas human resources departement dalam pengadaan, pengembangan dan pemberhentian karyawan pada Patra Semarang convention hotel
Human resource management is essential for the smooth activities of establishments especially primarily labor problems. Human resource management will start in the procurement until the discharge of employees. The purpose of this final project was to determine the tasks of the Human Resources Department and to know the implementation of the procurement, development, and discharge of employees at Patra Semarang Convention Hotel. Through human resources, the management company will be able to drive through so that potential employees develop and corporate objectives will be more easily achieved
The method used in the final project was descriptive, the data were collected through observation, literature reviews, and observation. According to interviews with employees at the Human Resources Department at Patra Semarang Convention Hotel, explained that the tasks in the Human Resources Department at Patra Semarang Convention Hotel was associated with labor problems. It could be concluded that human resource management was necessary for companies to manage, organize and utilize employees so that they could function productively for the achievement of company’s objectives.
