This research aims to implement a GPT-based chatbot on a mobile application to enhance operational
efficiency and user satisfaction at PT Telkom Indonesia. The chatbot is designed to provide real-time
troubleshooting guidance, assisting technicians in resolving technical issues anytime and anywhere
without time constraints. By providing step-by-step guidance, this technology facilitates technicians in
adapting to new systems and technologies both in the field and on mobile applications, enabling them
to solve technical problems more quickly and accurately. User satisfaction analysis results indicate that
the implementation of this chatbot has a significant positive impact, with a satisfaction score of 87%,
which is highly satisfactory. The use of GPT technology in this chatbot proves that AI technology can
be effectively applied to assist in troubleshooting switches and air conditioners, opening up
opportunities for further development in AI applications in various other fields. The main challenges
related to the installation and troubleshooting of smart switches and smart breakers can be addressed
with the help of the chatbot, reducing the reliance on specialized expertise that is not always available
on-site. This implementation not only improves operational efficiency but also provides an innovative
solution to support technicians and enhance service quality at PT Telkom Indonesia.
