Educational institutions like SMP IT PAPB Semarang require a financial governance system to produce comprehensive financial reports that support decision-making processes and operational activities. This research highlights that the current financial governance at SMP IT PAPB Semarang is still managed manually and partially computerized using Microsoft Excel, which is inadequate for handling the entire financial governance process.The proposed system in this research aims to address these issues by automating various financial processes, including cash receipts and disbursements, inventory management, and addition of fixed asset management. Additionally, it will generate financial reports in accordance with ISAK 35 standards. This research uses the prototype system development method and PHP programming language to establish a web-based application accounting information system. The new system will integrate the school's financial processes and align them with the operational needs of Yayasan Amal Pengajian Ahad Pagi Bersama (YAPAPB). The developed system is expected to enhance the overall real-time financial governance, improve inventory and fixed asset management, and support decision-making processes.
